I will definetly be returning for all my reptile needs. In todays economy saving a few dollars here and there is a plus. If I would have placed my order w/ someone else, I would have spent between $20-$40 more.

I'm writing to let you guys know that I am very pleased with your service. My new Monitor is happy and healthy, he eats great and loves his new home. When I got him I was scared since Fedex messed up on the location, but once I got him. He was as happy as can be! I'm also very VERY surprised that he is tame! he has not hissed or whipped his tail or puffed up at all, he lets me hold him and loves his back rubbed, this is shocking since he is a little bigger then a newborn. I want to thank you for your awesome customer service and the timely manner in which my order was shipped. I ordered a baby sulcata tortoise with extra scutes. The baby was packaged wonderfully, I can tell that you really care about your animals. It did take a while for the baby to warm up, I did as your instructions suggested. He/she did eat a little today and I've given her/him a good soaking. As usual, I enjoy doing business with your company. I ordered and received my 2 snakes within 24 hrs and all I can say is WOW! They arrived right as scheduled and were not only very happy and active but absolutely beautiful. 1 was a Cali King and the other was a Honduran Milk and the colors were so beautiful (in the pics they were awesome but in reality it is EVEN better!) Hey LLLReptile - I made an order last Friday. I got the promised email within 24 hours to make sure I would be home. I got the Fed Ex tracking number Monday night, and got the 2 flame Crested Geckos at 9;50am. The box was nicely packed for safety and it was warm because of the heat packs. I saw the Crested Geckos. Hey guys, I met you for the first time in the Tuscon show, and was happy to see you again at the Tempe show. I purchased a Nigerian Uro, and a Nosy be. I also purchased exo-terras largest tank, and the 30" repti-breeze cham cage. Everyone one is settled in and are in great shape. My Uro thermo gradient has been established, and is doing very well.
